  Very happy with this company. My husband ordered me a purse for Christmas and it still hadn't come by the date it was supposed to so they shipped us out a second purse, no questions asked. We finally got both purses, one in time for Christmas and the other after, and she sent a prepaid label to send the second back. It was very unexpected of her to do this since she didn't know us from the next person but we were very pleased with the service we received. I LOVE my purse and am very surprised at how comfortable it is to carry!! I will definitely be ordering from them again. Thanks for great products and even better customer service!

  I want to start off with saying how great Diana West is, the owner of It's In the Bag Boutique. I placed an order for a purse by Gun Toten Mamas from It' In the Bag Boutique on Friday, Sept 29. After I placed the order, Diana sent an email after the confirmation one, introducing herself and letting me know to contact her with any questions. I was searching the web and found the purse I ordered from the original makers website for $10 less than It's In the Bag Boutique, and a 5% Facebook promo they were doing. I brought this to Diana's attention on Tuesday, Oct 3rd, and she refunded me the amount so it would be the same as if I ordered from Gun Toten Mamas website. When I got home later that day, my purse was already there waiting for me. The customer service is phenomenal and the shipping is fast! I would highly recommend ordering from It's In the Bag Boutique to anyone that appreciates incredible customer service, prompt shipping, and quality products. Thanks Diana!!
