  Good docs but the front desk staff is horrible. During a July visit, I was told to make a six-month followup but was told they couldn't schedule January appointments until August. In August I called and was told they can't schedule January appointments until September. Now it's September and I called and was told they have no idea when they'll schedule January appointments but "possibly in October." I told the woman who'd answered that I was extremely disappointed and she hung up on.
  
  You have to love the professionalism of a medical staff who will hang up on you.
  
  I like the two doctors I've seen there (Drs. Nuhfer and Anderson) but am very dissatisfied with their front office staff.
