  This NAPA is dope. The guys there are great, especially Terry, the Assistant Manager, who has helped me out a lot now on 2 separate occasions. The first time, I needed a new car battery, so I went and got it from NAPA. Terry sold it to me and gave me all the tools and instructions I needed to install it myself safely, and the staff there checked it out when I was done to make sure I'd done it right. Saved me having to do it at a shop! The second time, however, was where these guys showed that they're seriously cool about helping folks out. I had bought a NAPA alternator a year and change ago and had a friend install it. Well, last night, driving home from work, it died on me. Ugh. I spent the day with my car in the shop getting a new alternator put in by the mechanic. When I went back to NAPA, I came with the busted alternator, my original receipt/warranty from Washington State, and the new receipt from the mechanic who's installed my alternator here. They took back the alternator and refunded my money without question. Not only that, but they also refunded me the core charge, because they didn't think it was right/fair that since the part had died so quickly that I had to shoulder the expense of the core (which in theory would've been the defective alternator). So they went out of their way (without my asking) to refund me those $65. It was awesome of them.
  
  I'm glad these guys are right down the street from me and I will be sure to go to them for all my auto part needs! They're a great staff.
