  My wife made a phone call to MedStuff yesterday, 11/18/2015 asking whether that had a specific Medline product. The person taking the call went to look if they had it and reported that it was in stock. Today, we made the trip, 20 to 25 minutes each way, only to be told that they did not have it.
  
  Additionally, their web site said they opened at 9 a.m. and we arrived at 9:30 a.m. MedStuff was not open and the sign on the door said they at 10 a.m.
